ANNOUNCEMENTS POLICY

Members of Student Council will read the daily announcements on the intercom at the beginning of first period.  Announcements must be written on the designated form located in the first drawer in the counter in the Main Office.  The form must be dated and signed by the teacher/club sponsor/person in charge of the event before the announcement will be made.  The announcements are to be placed on the clipboard provided in the Main Office by 7:40 a.m.  No announcements, leaflets, or posters that are not related to Blacksburg High School can be posted or distributed without the principal's approval.
