Directions to Alleghany High School:
210 Mountaineer Drive, Covington, VA 24426-9641
Take I-81 North to exit 150 (Clifton Forge/Covington).  Follow 220 North to I 64 West and exit at Low Moor.  There will be I sign for the high school at the exit.  After you cross the bridge, turn right.

Directions to Cliftondale Country Club (Alleghany):
2707 Longdale Furnace Road, Clifton Forge, VA 24422
Take I-81 North to exit 150 (Clifton Forge/Covington).  Follow 220 North.  Just before you get to I 64, there is a Citgo service station on the right;  take the first right after the Citgo and follow it to the country club. 

Directions to Amherst High & Jr. School:

Take I-81 North to Troutville and take the Lynchburg exit 150-A.  Continue right off the exit ramp and go straight through the first light.  This will take you to Rt. 460.  Go approximately 5 miles until you come to a T-intersection with a stoplight.  Take a left onto 460 east to Lynchburg.  Continue on 460 east and take the exit for Madison Heights/ Amherst (this starts the new bypass).  Continue to the end of the bypass and turn right at the first traffic light onto 29 North.  You will be on 29 North for approximately 7 miles.  Take the first exit past Sweet Briar College, which is 29 Business.  Amherst High School is 1 / 2 mile on the right.

Just pass Sweet Briar College stay in the right lane and take 29 north to Charlottesville.  Take the first exit (60 east).  Turn left off the exit onto 60 East.  Amherst Jr. High is about 1 mile on the right.

Directions to Appomattox High School:

Take I-81 North towards Roanoke.  At Troutville take the Lynchburg exit 150-A.  Continue right off the exit ramp and go straight through the first light.  This will take you to Rt. 460 East.  Go approximately 5 miles until you come to a T-intersection with a stoplight.  Take a left onto 460 East towards Lynchburg.  Continue on 460, taking the bypass around Lynchburg, until the third Appomattox exit.  Come off the exit, go about ¼ mile, and take the first left turn (Rescue Squad will be on the left).  Follow the road for approximately ¾ mile, and take the second right.  Go another ¾ mile, and the school will be on the left.  Take the second entrance into the school, heading toward the football stadium. 

Directions to Buckingham Co. High School:

Take I-81 North to Troutville.  460 East to Appomattox.  Route 24 East to Route 60 East (Rt. 24 runs into Rt. 60 at Mount Rush).  BCHS is on the left of Rt. 60 approximately 8 miles from the intersection of 60 and 24, approximately 25 miles from Appomattox.

Directions to Carroll County High School:

Take 81 South to I-77 South.  Exit at the Hillsville exit  (Route 58).  Go East on Rt. 58, approximately 3 miles to Hillsville.  The school is
located on the left, immediately after the 2nd traffic light.

Directions to Cave Spring High School Tennis, Soccer, Diamond Games:
Take 81 North to route 419 ( last Salem exit).  Stay on 419 about 20 minutes you will past North Cross School.  About 4 to 5 minutes past North Cross turn right on Chaparral Drive and you will see Cave Spring.

Directions to Cave Spring Jr. High School -- Football:

From I - 81 take the third Salem exit (Exit 141, Route 419).  Turn left onto 419.  Travel past General Electric and Lewis Gale Hospital.  Turn right onto Route 221 (Brambleton Avenue).  After you go through the second traffic light, Cave Spring Jr. High is on your left.  Take the last entrance into the school.  Field is behind the building. 

Directions to Cave Spring Softball

Softball field is off campus at Penn Forest Elementary School - from the campus - follow Chaparral Drive all the way to the end.  Go left onto Merriman Road.  You will follow Merriman around and the school will be on your left approx. 1/2 mile away.

Directions to Cave Spring Swimming (Gator Aquatic Center):

If you go past Lewis Gale Hospital, turn left on Colonial Ave.  (If you go past Tanglewood Mall, you turn right onto Colonial Ave.).  Once on Colonial Ave. you will past Va. Western Com. College.  Take the first left and it will take you to the aquatic center.

Directions to Cave Spring Cross Country (Green Hill Park)

From Interstate 81 - take exit 137 - Salem.  Once you pass the Shoney's, you will take a right onto Route 460, going West.  You will then take a left onto Diuguids Lane (at light).  You will cross the railroad tracks and will see Green Hill Park on the right. 

Directions to Christiansburg High School

Take I-81 South to exit 114, Christiansburg. Turn right at the bottom of the exit ramp onto Rt. 8/Main St. Take Rt. 8 to traffic light in center of town (courthouse is on the right). Turn left at light onto 460/Franklin St. Follow 460/Franklin to light at Independence Blvd. Turn left on Independence Blvd. CHS is on the right.

Directions to Franklin Co. High School

Take 81 North to Roanoke Exit 143 (I-581).  Stay on 581 which will run into 220 South to Rocky Mount.  You will stay on 220 S until you get to the first exit for Rocky Mount.  It will be after a few car dealerships.  Take a right off of 220S onto 220 S Business.  The school entrance will be less than ¼ mile on the left hand side.   

Directions to Merritt-Hutchison Stadium in Lynchburg (E.C. Glass & Heritage Football & Soccer)
From Roanoke, take 460 East until the Candlers Mountain Station exit and take the left exit.  Get in the far right lane and take 29 North (Charlottesville exit).  Stay on 29 North to exit 5 and go to the bottom of the ramp.  At the bottom of the ramp, there will be a sign for Merritt-Hutchinson Stadium, take a left turn.  Go to the top of the hill and take a left at the stop sign (a church will be on the corner).  At the yield sign, turn right and the Stadium entrance will be a short distance on the left.

Directions to Floyd County High School:

Take Route 8 south from Christiansburg all the way into the Town of Floyd.  Proceed through the only traffic light in Floyd.  Turn left just past the funeral home.  You will see the school as you turn.  Follow the road down the hill and up the hill, passing the Vocational Center.  The road dead-ends at the school. 

Directions to Giles High School:

Take 460 West to the first Pearisburg exit, just across the twin bridges over the New River.  Turn left, go 1 mile.  The school is on the right.

Directions to Graham High School:
210 Valleydale, Bluefield, VA 24605-9400
Take 460 West to Bluefield.  Take the Route 720 exit.  The first road on the left leads to the Middle School (baseball and basketball are played here).  Continue 1/8 mile down 720 to Graham High School (volleyball). Tennis is played at Fincastle CC – go past GHS, take the 2nd left and then a right between the stone columns at the entrance to the CC. 

Directions to Mitchell Stadium for Graham football:
Take 460 West to Bluefield.  Take the first exit past St. Luke's Humana Hospital.  Follow the signs for Mitchell Stadium. 

Directions to Graham Softball Field:
Take Exit 1 off 460 at Graham Middle School.  Turn left off the exit and travel about 11/2 miles to Peter's Equipment sales.  Turn right at Peter's Equipment and the field is straight ahead.

Directions to Greenfields Cross Country Course (Botetourt)

Greenfield Recreation Park is located in Botetourt County just off route 220. Go North on I-81. Take the 150B exit and take a right following 220 signs north past Lord Botetourt High School which will be on your left. When you arrive at the stop light after you pass the High School take a left on route 779 (Catawba Road). Go about three miles and take a right on Etzler Road. Go one mile to the park on your right.

Directions to Green Hill Cross Country Course (Salem)

Take I-81 North. Exit at 137 (first Salem exit). Take a right at the end of the exit and continue to the light near Hardees. Turn right on Main Street. Go past the brickyard  and watch for a left turn on Duiguids Road. Cross the tracks and river. Park is on the right.

Directions to Heritage High School:

Take I-81 North towards Roanoke.  At Troutville take the Lynchburg exit 150-A.  Continue right off the exit ramp and go straight through the first light.  This will take you to Rt. 460 East.  Go approximately 5 miles until you come to a T-intersection with a stoplight.  Take a left onto 460 East towards Lynchburg.  Continue on 460 until the second Lynchburg exit -  Leesville Road.  At the top of the exit ramp, turn left onto Leesville Road.  Travel 4.7 miles and turn right into the Heritage High School faculty/visitors parking lot.

Directions to Hunting Hills Country Club (Cave Spring):

Take 581 past Tanglewood Mall onto 220 South.  Go through the 2nd traffic light, go 0.3 mile and turn right onto Hunting Hills Drive.  Country club is directly ahead.

Directions to Hidden Valley High School:
5000 Titan Trail, Roanoke, VA 24018
Following I-81 North to Salem, take exit 141 at Rt. 419 South.  Turn left on Rt. 419 South and continue for 8 miles to the intersection of 419 and Rt. 221.  Turn right onto Rt. 221.  Go ½ of a mile to the second stoplight.  Turn right at the light onto Pleasant Hill Dr.  Follow the yellow double centerline to the top of the hill and turn right onto Titan Trail.  Follow the road ¾ mile to the school.  *** All football games will be played at Cave Spring Jr. High unless noted otherwise – the directions are listed above.

Directions to Jefferson Forest High School:
1 Cavalier Circle, Forest, VA 24551
Take I-81 North to exit 150A, turn right at the stop sign at the end of the exit.  This will take you to Rt. 460.  Go approximately 5 miles until you come to a T-intersection with a stoplight.  Take a left onto 460 East toward Lynchburg.  Take the third Bedford exit, which is Bedford/Big Island exit (US 221-N / VA 122-N).  If you pass Wal-Mart, you have missed the exit!  Turn left at the end of the ramp, and then turn right at the stoplight onto Independence Blvd.  Follow Independence Blvd to the traffic light at the intersection with US 221 / Forest Road.  Turn right onto 221 east/ Forest Road (there is an Advance Auto on the right and Shell gas station on the left).  Continue on 221 (10 to 12 miles) to the intersection with Perrowville Rd (Rt. 663).  The high school will be on the right.  The stadium is just past the high school.  The Cross Country course is on Rt. 221, just past the Perrowville Road stoplight.

Directions to Liberty High School, Bedford, VA:
100 Liberty Minutemen Lane, Bedford, VA 24523
Take 460 East to Bedford.  After passing Golden Corral on the left, bear right onto 460 Bypass toward Lynchburg.  Take the second exit, 122 North to Bedford & Big Island.  Turn left at the stop sign at the end of the ramp, and go under the bridge onto 122.  Proceed North, going through the stoplight at the intersection containing the Shell/Stop-In, Burger King, Advance store.  The school is about 1.5 miles past this intersection.  Come in front of the school to an orange gate, go down this road and the field is behind the school. 

Directions to Lord Botetourt High School:

Take I - 81 North to Exit 150 - B (North 220).  Proceed on 220 North for 1 mile.  School is on the left. 

Directions to Northside High School:

Take I - 81 to 581 South.  Take the first Peter's Creek Road exit.  At the first stoplight, turn right.  Road ends at the school.

Directions to Patrick Henry High School:

Take I – 81 North to Exit 143 (581).  Stay on 581 for approximately 8 miles and exit to the right onto Colonial Avenue.  Turn right onto Colonial and go to the stop light at the old WDBJ 7 Television Station.  Turn left onto Brandon Avenue.  Go approximately 1 1/2 miles to the 4th stop light and take a left onto Grandin Avenue.  The school is on the left. 

Directions to Pulaski County High School:

Take I-81 South to the Dublin Exit (Rt. 100).  Continue to the right to the first traffic light.  Turn left and at the next light, turn right onto Cougar Trail Road.  Continue on this road to the high school on your right.

OR

Take Rt. 114 to Fairlawn.  Turn right onto Rt. 11 South through Dublin to Pulaski.  The high school sits on the left, just before you reach the hospital.

Directions to River’s Edge Athletic Complex for Soccer:
Go to Roanoke, and take 581.  Exit at Colonial Avenue.  Stay to the right until you come to the stoplight at Brandon Road.  Turn right at the light.  Turn left at the next traffic light onto Franklin Road.  Turn right onto Wiley Drive, heading toward Roanoke Memorial.  Fields are on the right. 

Directions to Roanoke Country Club (Patrick Henry):

Go to Roanoke, and take the Peters Creek South exit off 581.  Continue on Peters Creek Road to the first traffic light, and turn left onto Melrose Avenue.  Watch on the left for Country Club Road, and turn left onto it.

Directions to Rockbridge County High School:

Take I - 81 North to I - 64 West (Exit 191, left hand exit).  Take the first exit (Route 11) off 64.  Turn left off the exit.  At the first traffic light, turn right into the school.

Directions to Rustburg High School:

Take 460 East to Lynchburg, stay on the by-pass.  Take the 501 South exit, and go to the light in Rustburg (intersection of 24 and 501)Turn left at the bank, onto 24 East. Go straight at the next  light, passing JJ Fray Elementary School.  RHS is the next school on the right.

Directions to Salem High School:
400 Spartan Drive, Salem, VA 24153
Take I - 81 North to Exit 137 (first Salem exit).  Turn right at the end of the exit, and get into the left-hand lane.  Go to the light at Hardees, and turn left onto Main Street. Go past Wal-Mart and get in the left lane at Spartan Square.  Turn left onto Spartan Drive at the light between Spartan Square and K-Mart.  The road dead-ends at the school.  Boys and girls soccer are played at the high school.

Directions to Salem Stadium for football:
Take I - 81 North to exit 141 (third Salem exit, Route 419).  Turn left onto 419. There are signs to the stadium placed frequently along 419.  Travel through the first stoplight at Lakeside Shopping Center.  Turn right at the fourth stoplight onto Roanoke Boulevard, and you will go by the front of the Civic Center.  Turn right for parking.

OR

Take I - 81 North to exit 141 (third Salem exit, Route 419).  Turn left onto 419. There are signs to the stadium placed frequently along 419.  Travel through the first stoplight at Lakeside Shopping Center.  Turn right at the second stoplight, and you will come up the hill on the side of the stadium.  Turn left for parking. 

Directions to Salem Baseball – Kiwanis Field:
Take I – 81 North to exit 141.  Turn left onto Route 419.  Follow Rt. 419 through the second traffic light and bear right just the light.  Follow the Truck route (4th Street) through the first traffic light and the Kiwanis Field will be just ahead on the left.

Directions to Salem Softball – Moyer Complex:
Take I – 81 North to exit 141.  Turn left onto Route 419.  Follow Rt. 419 through the second traffic light and bear right just past the light.  Follow the Truck route (4th Street) through 4 traffic lights.  At the 5th traffic light turn left onto Union Street.  Cross 2 railroad crossings and bear left into the Complex just after the second crossing.

Directions to Staunton River High School:

Go to Roanoke, and take 581 South to the Elm Avenue exit (Rt. 24 East).  Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp and follow Rt. 24 East through Vinton (the road will fork left then right at the light, but stay on 24).  Go about 15 miles.  School is located on the left, past the middle school and across from the Amoco.

Directions to the fieldhouse at VMI:
Take 81 North to the 64-West Exit (Exit 191, left hand exit).  Take the first exit off 64 (Route 11).  Turn left off the exit.  You will cross a bridge, then Rt. 11 forks, so bear to the right.  The field house is on the left. 

Directions to Tazwell High School:

Take US 460 East 16.0 miles toward Tazewell, Virginia. Take VA-16 exit toward Tazewell.  Continue on VA-16 for 1 mile. Turn left on US-19 BUS. Continue on US-19 for 0.4 mile. Tazewell High School is on the left.

Directions to Tazwell Middle School:

Located off Rt.19/460. Exit south on Fincastle Road. Turn left at first light onto Ben Bolt Ave. Go left onto Bulldog Ave.

Directions to William Byrd High School:

Go to Roanoke, and take 581 South to the Elm Avenue exit (Rt. 24 East).  Turn left at the light at the end of the ramp and follow Rt. 24 East through Vinton (the road will fork left then right at the light, but stay on 24).  William Byrd is on the left.  If you get to the Blue Right Parkway, turn around, you’ve gone too far. 

Directions to William Campbell High School:

Take 460 to Lynchburg.  Continue on 460 and take exit for Route 501 South.  When you get to Rustburg, turn right at the first traffic light, continuing on 501 South for about 15 miles to William Campbell H.S.
