The Master Schedule for the entire year is built around requests made by students and parents in February. Level change requests must be in writing and include parent and teacher permission. Level change requests will be accepted up to three days after the first six weeks report. Administrative approval is required before any level change is honored. Drop add/course changes will be honored only for administrative error, course failures, or for administrative purposes of leveling teacher class loads. Requests for changes that meet one or more of these criteria must be submitted in writing (including parent approval) and received in the Guidance Department within the first 5 (school) days of the new year. Administrative approval is required before any drop add/course change is honored. Attendance is done course by course. Absences will follow any drop add/course or level change.
