WORK PERMITS FOR STUDENTS

 

To secure a work permit:

Students age 14 & 15 must have a work permit in order to work.  They need a separate permit for each job they work.

 

1.     Student must have an interview and be offered a job

2.     The employer must complete the white "Intent To Employ" form which can be picked up in the main office  at BHS

3.     Student must bring completed "Intent To Employ" form, along with their "Birth Certificate" and their parent or a guardian to BHS main for the work permit to be completed
