"I learned a long time ago that anything is possible if you are willing to work for it. It's like I've always told my football teams, you are either getting better or getting worse, you will never, ever stay the same. Our approach, and my belief is to get a little better EVERYDAY, constantly seek improvement. I also believe in the statement, "Don't let somebody else get you in trouble." That is a very good statement to live by. If you live by those two motivational tips,
1) Get better everyday 2) don't let somebody else get you in trouble, you will go far."
