My name is Mrs. Carter and this is my eighth year at FBE. I have a son, a dog, a cat and a hamster! I love pigs and sock monkeys and enjoy books about both. I am originally from Texas and graduated from Blacksburg High School.  I graduated from Oklahoma Baptist University and Radford University. In my spare time I like to read, sing, play on the computer and spend time with my family and friends. I really enjoy working at FBE with my lively and friendly first graders, and we are COMMITTED TO GRADUATE!
