I have been teaching at FBE since 1997. My experience includes teaching first and fifth grade classrooms, as well as Title I and Reading Recovery. I have a Bachelors degree from Virginia Tech, a Masters degree from Radford University and am endorsed as a Reading Specialist. I was trained as a Reading Recovery teacher in 1994-95. At Falling Branch, I provide small group literacy support. My interests include reading, technology, crafts and family activities. I live in Christiansburg with my husband, Jim, two children, Rachel & Andrew, and a spunky little dog named Ruby. |
