Hi there!  My name is Tara Yates.  I teach music here at Falling Branch Elementary School. I hold a BM in Music Education from Radford University.  I am married and have two girls. One is in fifth grade at FBE and the other is a seventh grader at CMS.

Besides music, I also enjoy spending time with my girls, watching movies with my family, sports, playing piano, singing in and directing my church choir, singing with my husband, performing drama at my church, reading, and playing with my dogs. I have two dogs, Heidi, a big, yellow lab, and Riley, a small dog. My family and I have a lot of fun.
