On December 5, 2010, the Montgomery County School Board approved Guidelines for the Implementation of the Public-Private Educational Facilities Infrastructure Act of 2002.
After approving the Guidelines, the School Board accepted an unsolicited proposal for review on February 1, 2011. The board received three competing proposals and selected the proposal from SHW Group, RRMM Architects, and Branch & Associates to move to detail phase consideration.
In July 2011, a Comprehensive Agreement with Branch & Associates was signed. Additional timeline and proposal information can be found using the links to the right.
