July 12, 2011 School Division posts revised Comprehensive Agreement with Branch & Associates.
July 11, 2011 Board of Supervisors approves Comprehensive Agreement.
July 5, 2011 School Board approves Comprehensive Agreement with Branch & Associates.
July 5, 2011 MCPS posts revised CCL - Addendum D to Comprehensive Agreement
July 1, 2011 MCPS posts draft Comprehensive Agreement with Branch & Associates.
June 21, 2011 School Board approves site plan for BHS and authorizes early grading package for BHS site.
June 14, 2011 School Board heard presentations from RRMM Architects and SHW Group regarding the design progress of the Blacksburg and Auburn projects. 
June 7, 2011 School Board approves site plan for AHS and authorizes early grading package for the AHS site.
May 17, 2011 School Board held a public hearing on PPEA.
May 16, 2011 Branch & Associates presented conceptual proposal information during public information meetings at Blacksburg High School and Auburn Middle School.
May 13, 2011 Branch & Associates releases project descriptions and information from Volume II of their PPEA proposal.
April 27, 2011 School Board selects proposal from Branch & Associates to move to detailed phase consideration.
March 21, 2011 Window for competing proposals closes. Three additional proposals were received.
March 1, 2011 School Board approves ARCADIS as the company to assist with review and analysis of PPEA proposals.
February 4, 2011 MCPS issues public notice of receipts of an unsolicited proposal and requests competing proposals.
February 1, 2011 School Board accepts an unsolicited PPEA proposal for conceptual-phase review.
December 5, 2010 School Board approves PPEA Policy and Guidelines for Implementation
