On April 5, 2011, the Montgomery County School Board agreed to contract with DeJong-Richter to facilitate the possible movement of school attendance boundaries.DeJong brings expertise through the project because of nationwide experience in redistricting, GIS systems and working with large committees and engaging the community. DeJong also has a long-standing history with MCPS.
