Salary upgrades for advanced degrees or earning 20+ credits towards an advanced degree are processed by the payroll department once a year. The deadline for submitting all documents for each academic year is October 1st.

Documents needed by Personnel/Human Resources are original transcripts from your institution testifying your conferral date for your degree. Also attach a short letter requesting the contract upgrade. A revised contract will be issued with your new dollar amount.

For bachelor's +20 credits and master's +20 credits, the documents you must submit are:

  • Verification letter from the institution you are enrolled in stating that your program of study will lead to a degree

  • Original transcripts with all credits needed
