• Login and go to “Creating Reports”

• Each report has a brief description of what the report does
• Tabs across the top bring you to types or categories of reports

Test Categories Performance Report by Subgroups

• Go to the "Student Results" tab and select "Student Roster"
• Select the “Report Parameters”

• Generate report
• Drill down using pull down selection boxes

Subject Performance Report by Subgroups

• Go to the "Quick Click Reports" tab and select "Subgroups by Subject"

  

• Drill down using pull down selection boxes

Benchmark Comparison Report

• Go to the "Assessment Data by Year" tab and select "School(s) to Division Report"

  

• Select the “Report Parameters”

• Drill down using pull down selection boxes

Open Ended Drill Down Reports

• Go to the "Assessment Analysis" tab and select "Longitudinal Performance"

• Drill down by clicking on and selecting parameters

• Click to select areas or parameters of interest

• Click on "Student Roster" tab for demographic detail

• Click on "Individual Results" tab for performance by categories
