We will miss you and wish you all the best. New Email UpgradeA new email upgrade will be implemented during the Holiday Break. It will look different and be more user-friendly. Your username and password will remain the same. All saved email, folders, address book information, etc. will be transferred as is. Your TRT will be available in January to answer questions and provide support as needed. Changes in Spam ProcedureIn the Spring, we implemented a SPAM folder for each email
user. Due to the increase in the
amount of SPAM we have recognized the need to purge the folder each week
rather than once a month. The SPAM
folder will now be purged every Friday at Best

Always log off of your email and Novell when not in
use

Never share or post your username or password

When possible, download Internet audio and video
files as opposed to streaming live ·
Back up audio, video clips, and large graphic files
on CDs rather than store them permanently on your “H” drive · Keep e-mail folder content under 20MB Printer - ·
Avoid using your printer as a copier ·
Rather than printing an entire webpage, copy and
