Montgomery County Public Schools Showcases Women During Women’s History Month

 

On March 29, 2007, Montgomery County Public Schools will be highlighting the achievements of women through the Second Annual Women’s History Fair.  Talents of MCPS students and staff will be showcased with musical entertainment, food, and door prizes provided.  Come bring your family and join MCPS for this event.  A great time is guaranteed for all.  Superintendent Dr. Tiffany Anderson, the first woman superintendent in Montgomery County, said “We need to take time to highlight all of the women in our county and the achievements of women in celebration of Women’s History Month.”  The Women’s History Fair will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the New Blacksburg Middle School.
