Completing the End of Term Report: (The following procedures will be completed at the end of each six weeks).
When you are ready to report your grades, follow these
steps:
| I. | Go to the Spreadsheet drop down box and select the appropriate six weeks EndTerm spreadsheet. |

Click on the down arrow
in the 1st column after Student Name and select Replace
Task.
1. In the Replace Task window, select the appropriate 6 weeks gradebook and click Next. |
| III. | Do not enter absences or tardies if these columns exist. |
| IV. | Enter comment codes as appropriate. |

You are now through with this class. Repeat this same procedure for each of your classes. You switch classes by selecting them from the Class drop down box. |

When you have competed the End Term spreadsheet for
ALL YOUR CLASSES, click on the File menu
and select Export from Gradebook.
