End Marking Period Reporting



Completing the  End of Term Report:  (The following procedures will be completed at the end of each six weeks).

When you are ready to report your grades, follow these steps:
 
 I.  Go to the Spreadsheet drop down box and select the appropriate six weeks EndTerm spreadsheet.

Click on the down arrow in the 1st column after Student Name and select  Replace Task.
1.  In the Replace Task window, select the appropriate 6 weeks gradebook and click Next.
2.  In the next window, select appropriate 6 weeks spreadsheet grade (the top one) and click Next.
3.  In the next window, select Letter Grade and click Next.
4.  Click on OK in the next window.
III. Do not enter absences or tardies if these columns exist.
IV. Enter comment codes as appropriate.

You are now through with this class.  Repeat this same procedure for each of your classes.  You switch classes by selecting them from the Class drop down box.

When you have competed the End Term spreadsheet for ALL YOUR CLASSES, click on the File menu and select Export from Gradebook.
1.  Verify that the correct collection date is marked with an X. Click Next.

2.  You may receive a Warning message.  If you are certain all data has been entered correctly, click in the box         beside “Continue with the export anyway”, Click Next.  (OR, if you wish to go back and check all data, click on the     Cancel button, check data, and begin the export process again.

3.  Click on Export in the next window.

4.  Select the appropriate Export Directory in the Select Export Directory window.

-Double click to open the (I: drive)
-Open your school folder number
-Open your teacher folder (Your teacher number)
5.  Click OK.

6.  You have just sent your end of term report to the main office.

7.  If you get a message asking you if you want  to view your error log, click No.
