Preliminary SAT Reasoning Test (PSAT)
PSAT/NMSQT stands for Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. It's a standardized test that provides firsthand practice for the SAT Reasoning Test™. It also gives you a chance to enter National Merit Scholarship Corporation (NMSC) scholarship programs. This test is currently offered as part of our testing program for all sophomores, and is optional for juniors.  Sophomores will automatically be registered through their English class and juniors must pre-register in the guidance department.  The PSAT is offered one time each year in October.  Find more information by clicking on the above link.
