Christy Earles

I was born and raised in Bassett, Va.  When I graduated from Bassett High my family and I moved to Roanoke where I would attend Roanoke College.  I then married my high school sweet heart in 2004 and transferred to Radford University.  We bought a home here in Christiansburg and fell in love with the area.  I graduated from Radford in 2007 with a B.S in Elementary Education PK-6 with concentrations in Mathematics and Social Science.

I was fortunate enough to do my student teaching at Christiansburg Elementary School.  Since then I have worked as a Special Education Aide for 4th grade classrooms at CES.  I am honored to be back here this year, not as an aide but as a 4th grade teacher.  CES has become a second family to me.  The teachers and students have made me feel very welcomed!  I can't wait to work with your kids this year!

I am married with 2 children.  My husband Corey works for Virginia Tech.  My oldest son, Christian, is 3 years old and my youngest son, Colten is 10 months old.  Our kids are the center of our world!  We have one dog named Cujo.  He is a mini rat terrier.  Such a big name for a small dog!

I enjoy spending time with my family, church family, friends, and playing sports for the school as well as church.

I can't wait for another great year at CES!!
