Rental Fees

MCPS Facilities Rental Fees

Standard rental fees are as follows. All facilities shall be charged their applicable hourly rate per hour for the first four hours and nothing for the next six hours. Starting at the conclusion of the tenth hour the applicable hourly rate will apply for any additional rental time. Any onsite personnel will be billed for the actual hours worked at $28 per hour, no matter the length of the facilities rental.

Building/Field Attendant *

 * For those activities requiring designated building attendant support, the rate for designated building attendant services shall be $28.00 per hour. The building principal shall determine if building attendant services are required for any activity. For all activities, the organization using the facility must clean the premises after each day’s use.  The facility must be left in the same condition as when it was received. 

 

** Kitchens may not be utilized unless a MCPS School Nutrition Program staff member, kitchen attendant, is available and present at all times. Kitchen personnel will be billed at $28.00 per hour.
