Spring 2008

 

The Virginia Standards of Learning 2008 tests will be given to CMS students May 5th-19th following the schedule below. CMS will provide students with a free breakfast on days that they are scheduled to take an SOL test.

Please plan for no disruptions during your youngster’s testing, such as check-ins, check-outs, phone calls to students, etc. Your help is greatly appreciated.

You may use the following tips to help your child do well on testing days:

1.      See that your child goes to bed early and gets a good night’s sleep.

2.      Encourage your child to eat the free breakfast provided by CMS to get the day off to a good start.

3.      Do everything possible to help your child come to school with a positive attitude.
