Montgomery County Health and Physical Education provides students with a variety of opportunities to explore the world of sports and recreational activities as well as be more informed about appropriate health issues that we all face in today's world. Health and Physical Education begins with weekly instruction at the Elementary level and moves into daily instruction at the middle and high school levels.
