Teaching American History Grant
Summer Academy

 
We are looking forward to our summer academy on teaching American history, July 14-18, 2008.  Activities feature all-expense paid excursions to the National D-Day Memorial, Jefferson's Poplar Forest, and Richmond, VA as well as a teaching history conference at the Inn at Virginia Tech. 

If you are interested in attending some or all of the activities (regardless of prior grant participation) contact Program Coordinator, Melissa Lisanti, at mlisanti@vt.edu.  Topics will be related to a Nation in Conflict and cross the U.S. chronology.
