Individualized IEP Assistance
The Parent Resource Center offers individualized assistance helping you get ready for those sometimes intimidating IEP meetings. We are happy to meet with you wherever you prefer and give you tips on improving your IEP experience. If you are struggling with a particular issue relating to your child and his/her education, we have personal experience with many diverse situations and would gladly try to help resolve your problem.
We also have trained IEP Mentors that are familiar with your child's particular school and have volunteered to help you as you manouver through the special education process. They can be requested by calling the Parent Resource Center (381-6175 or email bgreenberg@mcps.org).
