My name is Kelly Carter and I teach first grade. I have a Bachelor's Degree from Radford University in Elementary Education and a a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. This is my fifth year teaching and I am so excited to be working with the first graders of ELES! First grade is an exciting time as children embark upon new adventures in the world of learning. I consider my position to be a great privilege and responsibility. I am looking forward to a fantastic year!
