Ms. Kay

Sandy Kay is the School Counselor at ELES. She has been counseling children in schools for the past 20 years. Sandy graduated from James Madison University with a BS degree, received her M.S. degree in Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University,  and is DOE endorsed in PreK-12 School Counseling. She is also a Nationally Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a VA Certified Substance Abuse Counselor. At ELES she provides guidance lessons in PreK-5 on character education, our NO BULLY program, career education, life skills, and provides direct service to students.  Sandy serves as our Child Study Chair, our Bully Committee Chair, and our 504 Chair.
