·         Continued placing waterlines.

·         Completed the sewer force main between Crozier Road and the pump station site.

·         Continued storm drainage structures.

·         Began excavating for the bioretention area.

·         Continued concrete foundations.  Worked in Area C.

·         Continued constructing masonry foundation walls.  Worked in Areas C and D.

·         Continued concrete slab construction.  Worked in Areas A (batch 2) C, D.

·         Continued concrete building foundations, working in Area A batches 2, 3 and 4, and Area B.  Began foundation work for Area C and Area D.

·         Continued concrete slab construction, working in Area A batches 2 and 3, Area B and Area E

·         Constructing concrete stage walls and slab, Area A batch 2.

·         Continued masonry foundations, Area A batches 2 and 4, and Area B.  Began masonry foundations in Area C and D.

·         Continued masonry wall construction, working in Area E, Area A batches 2, 3, and 4, and Area B walls.

·         Set door frames as needed.

March 2009:

·         Branch continued site grading operations.  Continued stripping topsoil, grading and preparing the building pad.  Shifted grading operations from east end of the building pad to the west end and the bus loop.  Began installing the sewer force main.  Began backfilling the box culvert.

·         Began excavation and placed concrete for building foundations.

·         Began CMU operations.

·         Began electrical and plumbing underground rough ins.

February 2009:

·         Branch continued site grading operations and excavation of the storm water management basins.  Continued stripping topsoil for the building pad and concentrated grading operations on the eastern portions of the building pad.  Continued operations for outlet pipes for the storm water management basins.  Began installing the box culvert.

·         During the last week of February, the first section of building pad was proof rolled.

·         Project sign was installed.

·         Commissioning kickoff meeting was held on February 18.

January 2009:

·         Branch began installing outlet pipes for storm water management basins #1 and #2.  Grading operations were continued and construction fences were installed.

December 2008:

·         Montgomery County Public Schools issued the Notice to Proceed on Monday, December 1.

·         Groundbreaking ceremony was held on December 9.

·         Preconstruction conference was held on December 10.

·         Branch received and began connections for the job site office trailers.

·         Branch installed siltation controls, began clearing operations and began excavating for the storm water management basins.  Fill operations for the bus loop road and the topsoil stockpiles were started.
