· Montgomery County Public Schools issued the Notice to Proceed on Monday, December 1.
· Groundbreaking ceremony was held on December 9.
· Preconstruction conference was held on December 10.
· Branch received and began connections for the job site office trailers.
· Branch installed siltation controls, began clearing operations and began excavating for the storm water management basins. Fill operations for the bus loop road and the topsoil stockpiles were started.
