Carol Bland
		I've been teaching in Montgomery County since 1988, first as an instructional assistant at Shawsville Elementary and then at Kipps Elementary in Blacksburg. In 2001, I joined the staff of Price's Fork as the classroom teacher for the Virginia Preschool Initiative. Now, I teach 1st grade. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from Virginia Tech and received my teaching certification from Radford University. When I'm not in school, I love to read, garden, and work on projects around my house. I live in Blacksburg with my daughter Leslie and my Boxer, Teddy.
