Two MCPS Schools Selected to Receive Awards from Virginia Board of Education
The Virginia Board of Education recognized two schools in Montgomery County through the Virginia Board of Education Exemplar Performance Awards. These awards look beyond the standard accreditation standards to recognize excellence in effective and innovative practices.
For the 2022-2023 school year, Harding Avenue Elementary School was selected to receive the Highest Achievement Exemplar Award, and Christiansburg High School was selected to receive the Continuous Improvement Exemplar Award.
