This strategic plan will act as our roadmap for the coming years. It will determine where we focus our classroom resources, how we support our educators, how we upgrade our facilities, and how we measure student success beyond standard test scores. We want to take an honest look at what our schools are doing exceptionally well, where we can improve, and how we can better prepare our students for life after graduation.
