CHRISTIANSBURG, VA - Montgomery County Public Schools is inviting families, staff, and community members to participate in a division-wide communications survey as part of its ongoing commitment to continuous improvement.
The survey is designed to evaluate the effectiveness of the division's communication efforts and identify ways to better meet the needs of families, staff, and community members. Feedback will help guide future communication efforts across Montgomery County Public Schools.
The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and will remain open through Friday, September 11, 2026. The Donovan Group, an independent school communications firm, is administering the survey and will collect and analyze the responses.
“Clear, timely, and effective communication is essential to building strong relationships with our families, staff, and community,” said Superintendent Dr. Kelly Guempel. “We encourage everyone to take a few minutes to complete the survey so we can better understand what is working well and where we can improve. Your feedback will help shape our future communication efforts.”
Those who have students enrolled in more than one school only need to complete the survey once and are encouraged to consider all of their experiences when responding.
