EMHS students had a unique opportunity to dig into real-world science thanks to a visit from master's and graduate students from Virginia Tech's STREAM Team! These scientists led a hands-on soil coring activity right here on campus, giving students a chance to learn how to extract soil samples just like the pros. Students tested the conductivity and pH of our local soil, and compared it to soil samples all the way from Antarctica! #WeAreMCPS
